Feel Everest Trek is a Venture of Nepal Leading Trekking Company Amazing Nepal Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. officially registered with the Nepal Tourism Board under company registration number 174948/074/075. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between Feel Everest Trek and the client, outlining all aspects of the booking and trip participation.

Booking & Payment Policy

• A minimum deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required within 10 days of booking to confirm your reservation. For trips to Tibet or Bhutan, a 50% deposit is required.

• A scanned copy of your passport must be submitted via email to complete the booking process.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trip commences.

• We accept Bank Transfers, Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards. A 4% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Any bank or wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made due to personal reasons, incomplete trips, or interruptions caused by unforeseen weather or circumstances.

• There will be no refunds for unused services such as accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, or meals once the trip has started.

• For cancellations made more than 10 days prior to trip departure, a partial refund may be provided (except for Tibet and Bhutan trips, which are non-refundable). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Trip amendments may incur a fee depending on the nature of the changes. No amendments will be accepted within 10 days of departure.

Travel Insurance & Health Requirements

• All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical treatment

  • Emergency evacuation (including helicopter evacuation)

• Clients are responsible for their own medical expenses and any costs related to injury or evacuation during the trip.

• A valid passport and passport-sized photographs are required for travel. Feel Everest Trek is not liable for any issues caused by invalid passports or visa complications.

Trip Flexibility & Leader Authority

• Itineraries, travel modes, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, political, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• By agreeing to participate, you agree to follow the instructions of the group leader and remain with the team throughout the trip.

• The judgment of our guides is final, and decisions made by them will prioritize the safety and well-being of the group.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

While we prioritize safety and professionalism, trekking and outdoor activities inherently involve risk and unpredictability. All our guides are certified to Mountain Leader standards and are trained to manage risk responsibly.

By booking with Feel Everest Trek, you:

• Acknowledge the inherent risks associated with trekking in remote regions.

• Accept full responsibility for your own actions and involvement.

• Confirm your understanding that Feel Everest Trek is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage beyond our control.

• Agree to secure appropriate insurance coverage before the trip.

By proceeding with a booking, you agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions. A signed agreement may be required prior to departure.
