Overview

Embark on an incredible adventure with Feel Everest Trek as we take you on the Everest Three Pass Trek, diving deep into the heart of the Everest region. This trek covers three of Nepal’s highest and toughest mountain passes: Renjo La Pass (5,465m), Cho La Pass (5,420m), and Kongma La Pass (5,535m/18,159ft).

Recognized as one of Nepal’s most difficult high-altitude treks, the Everest Three Pass Trek requires good fitness, endurance, and an adventurous spirit. You might face days lasting up to nine hours, tackling steep climbs and glacier crossings, all while experiencing some of the world’s most incredible landscapes.

Your journey both starts and ends in Lukla. You can choose between trekking clockwise or anti-clockwise, each offering its own challenges and stunning views. Feel Everest Trek will ensure you witness all the main attractions of the Khumbu region, like Everest Base Camp, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Monastery, and the breathtaking Gokyo Lakes.

Each mountain pass reveals a unique aspect of the Himalayas:

  • Renjo La Pass (5,465m) gives an outstanding panoramic view of Mount Everest and serene Gokyo Lakes.
  • Cho La Pass (5,420m/17,782ft) offers a challenging icy climb nestled between Lobuche (6,135m) and Cholatse (6,443m), with impressive views of Ama Dablam.
  • Kongma La Pass (5,535m/18,159ft) tests your strength with rugged trails and glaciers, providing a stunning scene of Lhotse and Makalu, along with sparkling turquoise lakes.

Beyond the three passes, you’ll trek to Kalapatthar, the best viewpoint for close views of Everest. You will also reach Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp. Feel Everest Trek makes sure you don’t miss any iconic landmark or hidden spot along the route.

Other highlights include visiting the tranquil Tengboche Monastery, the Khumbu region’s spiritual heart, and experiencing the magical Gokyo Lakes, the highest freshwater lake system in Nepal.
